This 1 Month long Course comprises the basic roots of Yoga, its origin & practices which include yoga techniques like – Asanas, Pranayama, Shatkriyas & Meditation. The Main Objective of this course is to enable an individual to practice yoga techniques on their own to achieve a healthy mind, body & soul. After Completing This Course, one will be able to learn and teach the basics of Yoga and also Spread wellness with yoga for the welfare of society leading to a healthier individual as well as society.

  • Course Duration: The course duration is 1 month for weekday sessions and 2 months for weekend sessions

  • Syllabus (Theory): Includes the meaning, history, and development of yoga, traditional schools of yoga, fundamentals, yogic practices for health and wellness, guidelines for yogic practice, and yogic principles of food
  • Syllabus (Practical): Covers various practices such as prayer, cleansing practices (Neti, Trataka, Kapalabhati), Chalana Kriya/Loosening Practice (including movements for different body parts), Surya Namaskar, Yogasana, Pranayama, Dhyana, and classes related to life management and preventive health

Sunita Mishra is a passionate and certified yoga instructor dedicated to guiding individuals towards holistic well-being through yoga. She is focused on creating a supportive and inclusive environment, enabling students to explore their potential. Sunita has a background in Human Resource Management, holding a PG Diploma from Pondicherry University, and a BA in Sociology from Kamala Nehru Women's College. She is proficient in Hindi, Odia, and English. Her yoga qualifications include Ayush Certified Wellness Instructor and Level 1 and 2 certifications from Aarambh Yoga. Additionally, she has experience in training over 30 students in yoga.

Smita Kar

Smita Kar is a dedicated Yoga practitioner and teacher with over 15 years of personal yoga practice and 2 years of professional teaching experience. She is certified by the Yoga Certification Board AYUSH at Level 2 as a Yoga Wellness Instructor and is currently preparing for Levels 3 & 4. Smita also holds a certification in prenatal, and postnatal Yoga, and Garbhasanskar. She conducts yoga sessions for community groups, focusing on overall fitness, meditation, pranayama, asanas, Surya Namaskar, mudras, bandhas, and shatkriyas. Her experience includes organizing a successful Yoga Day Camp and hosting sessions during Women's Day celebrations. Smita is fluent in Hindi, Odia, and English.

Manali Prakash Pevekar

Manali Prakash Pevekar is a Chartered Accountant with significant professional experience, currently working in the Anchor group of companies. She has transitioned into the field of Yoga and Wellness, having completed a Level-2 Yoga wellness instructor course from the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, and Aarambh Yoga Institute, Mumbai. Additionally, she has pursued the "Inner Engineering" course from the Isha Foundation. Manali has been practising "Shambavi Mahamudra" since December 2022 and conducted a three-month Yoga camp from October to December 2022. Her background in finance, coupled with her new passion for yoga, presents a unique blend of analytical and wellness skills.

Yugandhara Barve is a Yoga Wellness Instructor with over a year of experience, specializing in prenatal, and postnatal yoga, and Garbhasanskar, blending modern science with ancient yoga and Ayurveda. She holds certifications from the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and Aarambh Yoga Institute, Mumbai. Currently, she is pursuing advanced levels in yoga to become a Yoga Teacher & Evaluator and Yoga Master. With a Bachelor of Home Science from SNDT University Pune, Yugandhara is skilled in developing customized wellness programs and boasts strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Seema Kumari

Seema Kumari is a service-oriented Yoga Instructor with over two years of experience guiding group sessions. She brings creativity and improvisation to her classes, drawing on her background as a professional musician. Seema is committed to continual learning and applies new expertise in her practice. She is fluent in English and Hindi and has completed a Level 2 Yoga Wellness Instructor course, including prenatal/postnatal yoga and Garbha Sanskar, from Aarambh Yoga Institute Mumbai.
